We will be happy to correct any billing problems such as duplicate billing or incorrect billing. Please send your Order number along with problem to DIGIPICS billing support.
What is an upgrade certificate?
Users who download the Evaluation version will recieve a free invitation via e-mail to download the consumer version at a reduced price. This unique certificate is entered on the website. When payment is validated, the consumer version is downloadable! Note that only select customers will recieve an upgrade certificate.
What is my upgrade password or Clickbank receipt code?
The upgrade password may be obtained by contacting DIGIPICS billing support. An upgrade password will ONLY be sent if you provide confirmation of your prior purchase or donation. The Clickbank receipt code is a 5-8 character code that confirms your DIGIPICS purchase through Clickbank. This was sent to you in an email when you purchased. Note: Only receipts after June 1, 2000 will be valid. All other users will need the upgrade password.
